Please switch Kaspersky interface to English by pressing Shift + F5 and Shift + F12 key combinations in the main Kaspersky window and submit a screenshot of an installation error.

Please submit the necessary system reports:
1. Download the GetSystemInfo 6.0.exe utility via direct link:
2. Run GetSystemInfo6.0.exe, and click “Accept”.
3. Click the start button in the right part of the window.
4. The process can take up to 10 minutes.
5. The process will result in the GetSystemInfo archive being saved on your Desktop. It will contain the following *.zip archive:
- GetSystemInfo___YYYY_MM_DD.zip.
