حقيقة من فترة استغرب ن التحديثات ما عاد تنزل بس رحت لمركز الامان ووجد تها بها الشكل
ممكن تفسير وش السالفة ​

طبعا رحت لموقع الشركة وكان يظهرلي خطأ

يتعذر على الموقع المتابعة لأن إحدى خدمات Windows التالية أو أكثر ليست قيد التشغيل:​

وكان رقم الخطأ [رقم الخطأ: 0x8DDD0018]​

تاكد انك مثبت برنامج حماية وعامل له تحديث

وتاكد من تشغيل الجدار الناري

الله يبيض وجهك ما قصرت اتبعت الراابط والتعليمات

بس المشكلة ان طفيت الجهاز تجيني رسالة مبوبة وهذا نصها

اروح لجدار الحماية واشغله من جديد فيشتغل معاي

مع العلم اني من نفس امر services.msc

اروح للسطر الرابع الي مكتوب Background Intelligent Transfer Service

واسويلة بداية وتشغيل تلقائي بس للأسف لما اطفي الجهاز المشكله هي نفسها

جرب هذه الطريقة:

regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 qmgr.dll
regsvr32 qmgrprxy.dll

Then, Start > Run and type in regedit. Browse to the key:

and click on it. See if there is in the right hand panel a value named DeleteFlag; if so, remove it.

Restart Windows and go to Windows Update again.

Locate Automatics updates service, right click on it, Properties and see
if it is set as "Automatic".
Locate Background Intelligent Transfer Service, do the same as for prior

الله يوفقك اخوي على مساعدتك بالنسبة للي ذكرته انا جربته كامل وتمام من الرابط الي انت اعطيتني اول لكن المشكلة

تتبعت الامر هذا خطوة خطوة

بس الي تتكلم عنه هنا ما وجدته لجل اتأكد من فرق القيمة عشان امسحه

ممكن تعطيني اسم الملف الي قيمته ممكن تختلف
