السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته
بعد التحدث مع الدعم بخصوص البرنامج لمده تزيد عن النصف ساعه سالتهم فيها عن عدد المحركات التي يستخدمها
البرنامج وعن الجدار الناري الذي يستخدمه وكذلك محلل السلوك و ايضا موقف البرنامج من ديدان ال VBS نظرا لضعف
البت ديفيندر في التصدي لها وهذا هو الحوار اتمنى من يمكنه الترجمه ان يترجم جزء على الاقل لاني اريد النوم بشده

Mihai: The "software engine" terms refers to the central part of a computer program.
Mihai: Each BullGuard module can be referred as an engine.
Mihai: That is only a concept, it is not something that you can count.
Mostafa: i mean scaning engine
Mihai: The scanning engine is the same engine used by BitDefender, modified and adapted for our application.
Mihai: It is not the EXACT same engine, but it is very similar.
Mostafa: Does this mean every thing that BitDefender detect BullGuard will detect it ?
Mihai: Yes, that is correct. Everything detected by the BitDefender antivirus engine will be detected by BullGuard Antivirus as well.
Mihai: However, our Antivirus has other protection modules besides the BitDefender engine.
Mihai: For example the Safe browsing or the Behavioural scanner. They are also part of the Antivirus.
Mostafa: Ok, Does BullGuard uses Cloud Protection
Mihai: What exactly do you mean by Cloud Protection?
Mostafa: i mean cloud protection like many program have i can't explain it now because it need long time

Mihai: The first action taken by BullGuard is disinfect. In case the disinfect fails, it will try to quarantine the file. If that fails as well, it will try to delete the file.
Mihai: It cannot revert any changes made by the virus.
Mihai: But if the infected file is a valid one, and if it can be disinfected, it will do that.
Mostafa: what if the virus for example disconnect the internet connection or dropped another virus
Mihai: As I said above, the virus definitions are stored on your computer.
Mihai: So BullGuard should be able to detect and remove the infection even if internet connection is not available.
Mostafa: i didn't mean that i mean that waht about the actions made by the virus it should be removed what will BullGuard do ?
Mostafa: by the way can BullGuard detect any cahnges in the startup like if a malicious file but him self in start up ?

Mihai: If an infected file is set to run at startup, that is not relevant it any way.
Mihai: It will still be detected as any other infected file.
Mostafa: Ok , i used bitdefender for some time and it's weak against VBS worms does BullGuard is weak against it as well ?
Mihai: As I mentioned earlier, I am not familiar with other security products, and I cannot compare them.

Mihai: If you have a sample, you can install our trial and test that yourself.
